Richard Friedlander

Richard A. Friedlander is a Partner Emeritus in the firm. Mr. Friedlander is director of the firm’s tax planning and consulting division. He focuses on maximizing a client’s business value and personal wealth by providing sophisticated tax strategies to privately-owned companies and high net-worth individuals.

His expertise includes commercial and personal strategic tax planning, succession, estate and gift planning, tax consulting, tax action strategies for structuring martial dissolution, mergers, acquisitions, and interactions with government agencies on tax related matters. Mr. Friedlander received his undergraduate degree from the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1974 and his Master’s degree in taxation from the University of Baltimore in 1977. He earned his Certified Public Accountant license in 1975.
