Rosen, Sapperstein and Friedlander, LLC (RS&F), a leading advisory and CPA firm, today announced the acquisition of Mister, Burton & Associates, LLC (MBA).

Founded in 1985, MBA is a full service, Maryland-based accounting firm that provides audit, tax, accounting, and management advisory services for businesses, business owners, and high net worth individuals.

Both firms provide impactful advisory services and will now have access to each other’s resources to enhance the client experience. The acquisition affirms RS&F’s mission of being their client’s trusted partner that supports success and makes a sustainable impact.
